Small Business IT Support

For offices that need a technician who knows the building, but not a full-time salary. Onsite, estimated up front, and no monthly contract to sign.

Day-to-Day Support

The ordinary work of keeping an office running: the workstation that will not print, the shared folder nobody can reach, the employee starting Monday who needs a machine, the laptop that went home and came back infected. We handle it onsite, and we get to know the building rather than starting fresh each time.

  • Workstation repair, upgrades, and replacement
  • Printer, scanner, and shared-device troubleshooting
  • New-hire setups and departures handled cleanly
  • Remote login and remote access configured properly

Infrastructure and Planning

The less visible half: the server nobody has logged into since installation, the backup that has been quietly failing, the switch in a closet running at capacity. We look at what you have, tell you what is genuinely at risk, and help you spend on the parts that matter instead of replacing everything at once.

Pay for the Work, Not a Contract

Plenty of managed-service agreements charge a monthly fee whether or not anything happens that month. We charge for the work we actually do, agreed with you before we start. For a small office that usually costs less over a year — and it means we have to stay useful to stay hired.

What It Costs

Free Estimates, No Surprises

Business work is quoted the same way as residential, with no separate commercial pricing.

Free estimate before any work begins, and you approve the price before we start. Repairs carry a 90-day warranty on our labor, plus whatever warranty the manufacturer provides on any parts we install. If you are already a customer and your question takes us under fifteen minutes on the phone, there is no charge for it.

A trip charge may apply for longer distances. The warranty does not cover a machine that is re-infected with malware after we clean it.

Common Questions

Small Business IT Questions

What office managers and owners ask us first.

We only have a dozen computers. Are we too small for you?
No — that is squarely who we work with. Businesses that size usually cannot justify a full-time technician but still lose real money to a day of downtime.
Do we have to sign a monthly contract?
No. There is no monthly contract, so you can call when something breaks. If you would rather have a planned schedule of checks, we can do that instead — the choice is yours.
Can you work with the IT company we already use?
Yes. We are often the onsite hands for a business whose software or line-of-business support sits somewhere else.

Downtime Costing You Money?

Call and we will come look at it β€” the first survey and estimate are free.
