Screens, batteries, keyboards, and charge ports on Windows laptops — replaced at your kitchen table rather than shipped off for two weeks.
Laptops fail in predictable places, because those are the places people touch. Screens meet the corner of a desk, batteries stop holding a charge after a few years, keyboards meet coffee, and charge ports wear out from years of plugging in at an angle.
A laptop showing no signs of life is not necessarily finished. The failure is often the charger, the port, or the battery rather than the machine itself, and those are all replaceable. When the board genuinely has failed, the drive inside almost always survives — so the files come home even when the laptop does not.
We work on Windows laptops — every major brand, business and consumer lines alike. We do not service Macs. If your laptop is slow rather than broken, that is usually a drive, memory, or an infection, and it is a cheaper fix than you are expecting.
Screen and battery work depends mostly on the part, which we price for your exact model before ordering.
Free estimate before any work begins, and you approve the price before we start. Repairs carry a 90-day warranty on our labor, plus whatever warranty the manufacturer provides on any parts we install. If you are already a customer and your question takes us under fifteen minutes on the phone, there is no charge for it.
A trip charge may apply for longer distances. The warranty does not cover a machine that is re-infected with malware after we clean it.
