There is no shop to drive to. A technician arrives at your home or office, works on the machine where it already lives, and leaves it running.
You call and describe the problem. We arrive with the tools and the common replacement parts, and start by confirming what is actually wrong rather than what it looked like from your description. You get told what we found and what it will cost before the repair itself begins.
Half of what makes a computer problem a problem is the context around it — the printer it will not talk to, the Wi-Fi in the back bedroom, the second monitor, the scanner from 2011 that the business still depends on. A bench technician never sees any of that. Working in the room where the machine lives means the fix is tested against the setup you actually use.
We cover Metro Atlanta, and have since 1984 — Roswell, Alpharetta, Marietta, Woodstock, Sandy Springs, Johns Creek, and the surrounding Cherokee and North Fulton communities. Homes and small offices both; it is the same service either way.
Coming to you does not cost extra in itself — onsite work is priced the same as remote support.
Free estimate before any work begins, and you approve the price before we start. Repairs carry a 90-day warranty on our labor, plus whatever warranty the manufacturer provides on any parts we install. If you are already a customer and your question takes us under fifteen minutes on the phone, there is no charge for it.
A trip charge may apply for longer distances. The warranty does not cover a machine that is re-infected with malware after we clean it.
What people want to know before booking a technician to come out.
Then don't. Call and we will come to the computer instead.
