Pop-ups, a browser that opens pages you did not ask for, and a machine that slowed down overnight. We clean it out onsite, with your files left where they are.
Very few people see a dramatic warning and know they are infected. What they notice is the machine getting slower, a browser homepage they did not choose, search results going somewhere unfamiliar, or a full-screen message insisting they call a support number immediately. All of those are symptoms we remove weekly.
Removal is the easy half. The part that keeps it gone is finding the route in — an extension, a scheduled task, a program that reinstalls itself, an out-of-date Windows install. We clear the infection, close the door it came through, and leave the machine configured to make the next attempt harder.
Our 90-day warranty covers our work, not a second infection. If a machine gets re-infected because the same habit continues — the same downloads, the same pop-up talked someone into the same install — that is a new visit. We would rather say so plainly now than argue about it later. If a cleanup reveals a failing drive underneath, that is data recovery territory.
Most cleanups are a single visit. Badly infected machines occasionally take longer, and we will say so before the clock runs on.
Free estimate before any work begins, and you approve the price before we start. Repairs carry a 90-day warranty on our labor, plus whatever warranty the manufacturer provides on any parts we install. If you are already a customer and your question takes us under fifteen minutes on the phone, there is no charge for it.
A trip charge may apply for longer distances. The warranty does not cover a machine that is re-infected with malware after we clean it.

Stop clicking and call. We will clean it out and show you what let it in.
