Roswell has been part of our territory since 1984 — from the historic district and Crabapple to the neighborhoods running down toward the river.
We have been repairing computers in this part of Georgia since 1984, back when a service call meant a beige tower and a box of floppy disks. Roswell has changed a great deal since; the work has too. What has not changed is the arrangement — someone comes to your house, looks at the actual machine, and tells you what is wrong in plain language.
Long enough in one area means we have seen most things twice, and we are not learning your setup from scratch on the clock.
Roswell covers a lot of different housing in a small area. The cottages and older homes around Canton Street and the mill district have the classic problems of any historic building — few outlets in useful places, walls that stop signal, and rooms added over a century. Crabapple and the newer neighborhoods bring the opposite complaint: plenty of space and a router that cannot cover it.
The hardest Roswell visits are the ones where a drive has already failed and there was never a backup — a lifetime of photographs, or the records a small business runs on. Some of it we can get back, and data recovery explains honestly what is possible and what is not. If a drive is making a noise it did not use to make, call before you keep using it, not after.
Roswell work is priced the same as the rest of the service area.
Free estimate before any work begins, and you approve the price before we start. Repairs carry a 90-day warranty on our labor, plus whatever warranty the manufacturer provides on any parts we install. If you are already a customer and your question takes us under fifteen minutes on the phone, there is no charge for it.
A trip charge may apply for longer distances. The warranty does not cover a machine that is re-infected with malware after we clean it.
