Windows desktops and all-in-ones diagnosed and repaired onsite — including the honest conversation about when a machine is worth fixing and when it is not.
Most of what comes through is a handful of failures wearing different clothes: a drive on its way out, memory that can no longer keep up, a power supply that has quietly died, or heat that has built up inside a case nobody has opened in six years. We diagnose the actual cause rather than treating the symptom you noticed.
We test before we recommend. A slow machine is not automatically a new machine, and a computer that will not start is not automatically a dead one — quite often the actual failure is one inexpensive part. You get told what failed, what it costs to put right, and what we would do in your position.
Plenty of problems that start as “my computer is broken” turn out to be something more specific. If your issue is one of these, we have a page about it:
We do not quote repair prices by the symptom, because the same symptom can have a cheap cause or an expensive one. So we look first, then tell you exactly what putting it right will take.
Free estimate before any work begins, and you approve the price before we start. Repairs carry a 90-day warranty on our labor, plus whatever warranty the manufacturer provides on any parts we install. If you are already a customer and your question takes us under fifteen minutes on the phone, there is no charge for it.
A trip charge may apply for longer distances. The warranty does not cover a machine that is re-infected with malware after we clean it.
